How to make Onion Kachori

 You will need the following ingredients to make Onion Kachori:


Fine flour


Oil


Salt


Celery


Onion


Green chilly


Coriander


Asafoetida


chilli powder


Spice


Garam Masala


For this you can follow the following steps:



Mix celery, salt and a little oil in the flour. Mix it well.


Now knead the dough by adding water little by little. While kneading the dough, keep in mind that the dough should neither become more nor less bitter.


Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.


Now heat oil in a pan.


Now add coriander and asafoetida and fry them.


Now add onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala and salt. Mix all these ingredients well.


Now roll the dough finely and add some stuffing into it. Then close it and roll it again. Prepare all the kachoris in this manner.


Now fry them in hot oil. While frying, take care that the oil does not become too hot.


Now your onion kachori is ready. Serve them hot.
